Experience/Skills:
· Minimum High School Diploma
· 1 yr. Restaurant Experience Preferred
· Exceptional communication skills are required for constant personal interaction with guests and co-workers
· Light math knowledge and computer skills are desirable
Experience working with children is desirable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain an excellent rapport with all levels of employees to promote and develop Loss Prevention awareness and practices.
· Build support and credibility for him/herself, the department and the Loss Prevention Function.
· Conduct asset protection, Loss Prevention and safety training for all levels of employees.
· Suggest and communicate all Loss Prevention related issues to the supervisor of Loss Prevention.
· Assist with developing strategies relating to Loss Prevention training, physical security and control related policies and procedures.
· Conduct reviews of Loss Prevention practices as well as regular system reviews.
· Conduct investigations and resolve issues of integrity, business abuse or other sensitive issues.
· Prepare concise verbal and written reports on a timely basis.
· Must have an unimpeachable background, outstanding moral character and personal integrity.
· Possess good organizational, analytical and auditing skills.

Experience/Skills:
· Minimum High School Diploma and some College education preferred.
· Department of Professional Regulation approved 20 hour basic security training
· Minimum six months to one year retail Loss Prevention experienced preferred
· Must have or be able to acquire all appropriate licenses and certifications
· Posse’s basic computer skills
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills
· Very good written and verbal skills
· Must be detail oriented
